Todd N Taylor

Todd has been in the fire service for over 25 years. He is assigned as the Battalion Chief on A-Shift with the Wayne Township Fire Department.
Steve White

Steve White is a twenty-year veteran of with the Town of Fishers (Indiana) Fire Department, a 120 member full-service Internationally Accredited fire department bordering Indianapolis. Serving as a Battalion Chief, he is also responsible for all facets of the department’s technical rescue program. Under the direction of the Hamilton County Fire Chief’s he serves at the Team Leader for the Hamilton County Technical Rescue Team.
Shawn Grass

Shawn Grass currently is a Battalion Chief with the Indianapolis Fire Department. He previously served as the Chief of Training for the Warren Twp. Fire Dept. in Indianapolis, Indiana for 8 yrs before merging with Indianapolis. Shawn is a 23 year member of the fire service that has instructed at both FDIC East and West in Truck Company operations and Flashover. He has instructed Flashover at FDIC in Indianapolis for the last 10 yrs and is currently the Co-Lead Instructor. He has also taught at Firehouse Expo in Baltimore and Firehouse World in San Diego.

 He has an Associate’s Degree in Applied Fire Science and also teaches as an adjunct instructor for Ivy Tech Community College teaching the Firefighter I/II program in Indianapolis where he also sits on the advisory board.  He is also a member of the Indiana Fire Instructor’s Association. He has taught at many state fire schools on topics such as extrication, leadership, truck company operations, flashover, and rapid intervention skills to name a few. He also has instructed the Auto/Machinery Extrication module for Indiana Task Force One for the last 10 years. He also is adjunct instructor for the State of Indiana teaching topics of Strategy and Tactics, Incident Safety Officer, Leadership and Company Officer skills to name a few.  Shawn owns Burning Passion Fire Training Systems and also teaches with the group from Advanced Rescue based in Indianapolis.

Shawn also is on the Executive board for the Indiana auto extrication regional competition, which runs this competition annually.  The board has also held the 2007 World Competition which is sanctioned through the Transportation Emergency Rescue Committee.

Shawn also is the fire training team leader for To Hell and Back 1, 2, and 3, an educational program released to every fire department in the United States on firefighter burn prevention through the People’s Burn Foundation in Indianapolis. Shawn also is the President of the Indy Metro F.O.O.L.S. since its inception in 2002.
Clinton Crafton

Clinton Crafton is a Battalion Chief with the Fishers Fire Department in central Indiana.  Currently serving as the A shift commander, he has also led the dive rescue team since 2002 and fills the role of Water Rescue Coordinator for the department.  Clinton has been heavily involved in all types of technical rescue since 1995 and has been a member of the Hamilton County Rescue Task Force since it's inception.

In addition to teaching technical rescue, Clinton is a Rescue Specialist with the FEMA USAR team INTF1, an instructor at the Indiana River Rescue School and a Trainer for Dive Rescue International. 
Eric Mohr

Eric Mohr is a 22 year veteran of the fire service, 14 years at Fishers Fire Department of which 8 in the position of Lieutenant on Ladder 91. Eric has been a member of the Hamilton County TRT since 1999 and is currently the assistant team leader. Eric owns and manages a large acreage farm in Central Indiana. On the farm he maintains and operates numerous tractors and implements, including 2 semi tractor-trailer units. Eric is responsible for all the maintenance an operation of the semis, this gives him some extensive knowledge on the in and outs of tractor-trailer combinations as well as farm rescue.

Todd Muth
Todd Muth

Todd Muth is a 14 year member of the Fishers Fire Department. He is the Lieutenant on the Ladder on the A shift. Todd also serves as the Assistant Dive Team Leader for the FFD. He is a Public Safety Scuba Instructor and a Dive Rescue Trainer. Todd has been a member of the Hamilton County Rescue Task Force since 2001.
Greg Smith

Greg is a 25-year veteran the fire service. He has spent the past 19 years with the Fishers, Indiana Fire Department. Greg is currently a Lieutenant assigned to the Heavy Rescue Company on the A shift. Greg has been a member of the Hamilton County Rescue Task Force since it’s inception. Greg is a rescue diver and also oversees technical rescue operations for his shift. He has been an active instructor for recruit academies and area fire departments for over 15 years.

Greg also works on a large Central Indiana Grain farm. His primary responsibility is the trucking operation of the farm where he operates and maintains semi tractor/ trailers on a daily basis.

Brent Morris

Brent is a Lieutenant with the Indianapolis Fire Department assigned to Battalion 4. He has bee in the fire service for nearly 20 years. He is also the Chief of the Charlottesville Fire Department in Hancock County
Eric Banister

Eric has been in the fire service for over 15 years.  Eric is a Lieutenant with the Wayne Township Fire Department, assigned to Battalion 8  Station 83 on ‘A’ Shift.
Pedro Caceres
Pedro Cáceres has been in the fire service since 1994. Currently he is the Division Chief of Training and Safety for the Wayne Township Fire Department in Indianapolis, Indiana. Pedro has been an instructor for the Wayne Township Fire Department since 1999. He has assisted or led trainings for incumbent firefighters and recruits in fire behavior, building construction, flashover training, engine company operations, auto extrication and firefighter safety.

Pedro has been a member of the Indiana Task Force 1 team since 2002 and currently serves as a squad leader. Pedro has a Bachelor's degree in Architecture and a bachelor's degree in Environmental Design from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. He also has an Associate's degree in Fire Science from Ivy Tech State College. Pedro is currently enrolled in the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy in Emmitsburg, Maryland
